Chappee Rapids 2017 Banquet Keynote Speaker
Mr. George Meyer, Executive Director of the Wisconsin Wildlife Federation will have a PowerPoint presentation entitled Changes Ahead for Wisconsin Wildlife. Mr. Meyer is a former Director of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and has worked in the field of Conservation for over 40 years, twenty of those years in senior management. He has taught conservation and environmental policy at Lawrence University in Appleton. He represents and promotes the Wisconsin Wildlife Federation and sound natural resource policies to outdoor organizations and citizens throughout the state.
Once again, this banquet honors environmental accomplishments of organizations and citizens in northeastern Wisconsin and will be at the Little River Country Club on March 31st. A social hour begins at 6pm followed by a dinner at 7pm and the Keynote Address at 8pm. Tickets are $20.00 for adults and $10.00 for children and are available from 906-864-3040 or 715-732-1277.
